Lemon Kale Salad

A simple, easy and delicious way to get your daily dose of greens!

  1. In large mixing bowl toss 3 cups chopped kale (you can also use arugula/rocket lettuce) with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper to taste and olive oil
  2. Let kale sit for 5 minutes before serving
