- Blend 1 frozen banana with 1 cup spinach, 1 cup chopped kale, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1/2 cup coconut water and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder until creamy
- Optional: add maca powder, bee pollen or almond butter
