This delicious, spicy and refreshing hummus is the perfect crowd pleaser! Inspired by our favorite restaurant, True Food Kitchen, you can serve this hummus with fresh pita or fresh veggies.

Time: 5 minutes
- Blend until smooth 2 tablespoons tahini, 2 cloves minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1 chili pepper chopped (optional), juice of half large lemon and 1 1/4 cups chickpeas
- Add in 1/4 cup olive oil & 1 1/2 teaspoons of cumin, blend until smooth and serve.
